Meet Jason
I’m Jason Melidona, a licensed real estate agent with Brokers Realty and the owner of Green Star. I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and built my business around serving the community I call home.
My career started in construction and property renovation, where I learned how to evaluate homes beyond surface appearance. That experience allows me to identify potential concerns early, recognize value others may miss, and help clients make informed decisions.
I began investing in real estate myself before expanding into real estate services. Later, I launched Green Star to provide dependable dumpster rentals for property projects, giving clients access to practical solutions under one trusted brand.
