Frequently Asked Questions
We provide dumpster rentals, cleanouts, and real estate services. Many clients use more than one service depending on their situation. Below are answers to the most common questions.
Dumpster Rentals
What dumpster sizes do you offer?
We offer multiple roll off sizes for residential and commercial projects. If you are unsure what you need, we will recommend the right size based on your job.
How much weight is included?
Each rental includes a specific tonnage limit. The included weight is disclosed before booking and shown on your invoice.
Anything over that amount is billed at $75 per ton based on certified scale tickets. No estimates. No guessing.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
Overage is billed per ton after disposal. You will receive documentation reflecting the actual landfill weight.
Heavy materials like roofing, concrete, dirt, plaster, and shingles add weight quickly.
What materials are prohibited?
The following items are not allowed unless pre-approved:
• Hazardous materials
• Chemicals or liquid waste
• Paint that is not fully dried
• Tires
• Batteries
• Fuel, oil, or propane tanks
If you are unsure, ask before loading.
Can I move or reposition the dumpster?
No. Dumpsters may not be moved, relocated, pushed, dragged, or machine-loaded unless prior approval is given.
Damage caused by improper loading or relocation is the renter’s responsibility.
What if my driveway cracks?
We take precautions and may place boards when necessary. However, concrete and asphalt can crack under heavy loads.
By renting, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
How long is the rental period?
The rental period is agreed upon at booking. Additional days may apply if the container remains on site beyond the agreed timeframe.
Communication solves most issues. Just let us know if you need more time.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged.
Overage charges are invoiced after disposal once weight is confirmed.
