Each rental includes disposal up to a set weight allowance:

• 10 yard: 1 ton (2,000 lbs)
• 15 yard: 1.5 tons (3,000 lbs)
• 20 yard: 2 tons (4,000 lbs)
• 25 yard: 2.5 tons (5,000 lbs)
• 30 yard: 3 tons (6,000 lbs)

Overages are billed at $75 per additional ton, prorated. Weight is determined by certified scale tickets from the disposal facility.

Extensions are billed at $15 per day or $100 per week. Just call us before your rental period ends and we'll take care of it. Extended rentals are subject to container availability.

We keep it straightforward. Possible additional charges include:

• Overage weight: $75 per additional ton
• Trip charge: $100 if we can't access the container for delivery or pickup
• Tires: $10 per tire
• Paint cleanup: $100 if paint is found opened, spilled, or leaking
• Extensions: $15/day or $100/week

Most dumpsters go in a driveway. You're responsible for making sure the placement area is accessible and clear. Green Star is not responsible for damage to pavement, driveways, lawns, curbs, or underground utilities. If you need it placed on a street, check with your local municipality first — some areas require a permit.

If a vehicle or other obstruction prevents delivery or pickup, a $100 trip charge will apply. Make sure the path to the container is clear on your scheduled pickup day.

No — the container may not be moved, relocated, or loaded by machinery without written approval from Green Star. Contact us first and we'll work it out.

Containers must be loaded evenly and may not exceed the top rail. Anything over the top rail is a safety issue and we won't haul it until it's reduced. All contents need to be loaded so the dumpster can be safely transported.

Only with prior written approval from Green Star. Any damage caused by improper loading or unauthorized machinery use is the customer's responsibility.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hazardous materials and chemicals
• Liquids of any kind
• Asbestos
• Medical waste
• Any materials restricted by law

Customer is responsible for all fines, cleanup fees, and additional disposal costs resulting from prohibited materials.

Yes — tires are accepted at $10 per tire. Just let us know when you book.

Dry, sealed paint cans are generally fine. If paint is found opened, spilled, or leaking on the bottom of the dumpster, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied.

A valid credit card is required on file for every rental. Payment for all charges is due prior to pickup. By renting with Green Star you authorize us to charge the card on file for the base rental, any extensions, overage weight, trip charges, and any other applicable fees.

If payment isn't received when due, Green Star may suspend service, delay pickup, or retrieve the container. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, collection fees, and all costs to recover payment including attorney fees. Don't let it get there — just call us if there's an issue.
